Contacting our technical support departments
If you can’t find the answer to your question in your user manual or program
help files, or your problem is not addressed in our support resources, you can
email our technical support professionals at:
Email is the best way to avoid trouble with time zone differences or waiting
on hold while our technical support staff are busy helping other customers. MathType
users, please include your MathType product key (sometimes referred to as
"registration number") in your email or specify
if you are evaluating the product.
Technical support for WebEQ is available via email only.
Note for WebEQ customers
WebEQ is no longer in active development and has been replaced by our
MathFlow Software Development Kit. We will still provide the same technical
support for WebEQ to our existing WebEQ customers so you're not being left on
your own. However, we encourage you to upgrade as soon as possible. To learn more

Note for MathType customers
We require that you
register MathType and provide us with your
product key via email or
phone in order to receive technical support. To learn how to find your product
key, click here.
If you are a MathType user and prefer telephone support, you can call us at
562-432-2920, Monday - Friday (closed during most major holidays), 8 AM - 5
PM Pacific Standard Time. Please
have your MathType product key ready and be sitting in front of your
computer when you call. As of this writing, we provide free technical support
for MathType for registered users. In order for us to provide this service and
to keep it free, please try to explore your other options for
getting help to
your problem before calling us.
