Design Science grants you a non-exclusive license to distribute "Derivative Works" (program code you create based on the software included in the MathType SDK) only internally to employees within your company or organization, or to faculty, staff and students within your academic institution. All third parties are required to abide by this License Agreement.

Restrictions

By distributing Derivative Works in accordance with this license, you agree to the following restrictions:

Derivative Works based on the MathType SDK's "MathType Commands For Word" may only be distributed in "locked" (password-protected) form.
Derivative Works may only be used on computers with a legally licensed copy of MathType installed.
You may not sell, rent, lease, resell for profit, all or any portion of the Derivative Works.

Limited Warranty

Design Science makes no warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. There are no remedies under this warranty. Design Science is not responsible for any damages incurring from use or distribution of Derivative Works. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
