The following license agreement applies to the 30-day evaluation period only. After your evaluation, if you decide to purchase the WebEQ Developers Suite, its use will be covered by the WebEQ Developers Suite End-user License Agreement.

WebEQ Developers Suite 30-Day Evaluation License Agreement

The accompanying computer software and documentation known as WebEQ Developers Suite ("Software") is a proprietary product owned by Design Science, Inc., and is protected under U.S. and international copyright law. You may only use the Software subject to the terms of this License Agreement ("Agreement"). You may not remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from the Software. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software except as authorized in the Agreement.

License Grant

You may:

• Use the Software only on a single computer owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by you, for evaluation purposes only, free of charge for 30 days.

You or any person under your authority or control may not:

• Publish on a Web server HTML pages which use WebEQ applets;
• Permit other individuals to use the Software;
• Permit concurrent use of the Software;
• Copy the Software; rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
• Redistribute any part of the Software;
• Use on two or more computers at a time;
• Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.

Export

You agree to comply fully with all laws and regulations to assure that neither the Software, nor any direct product thereof, is exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of applicable law.

Termination

This license granted hereunder will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

Limited Warranty

Design Science, Inc. makes no warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any remedy under this warranty is limited to return of the software and the user manual to the dealer or to Design Science, Inc. for replacement or refund. This warranty is valid for 90 days from your date of purchase. Design Science, Inc. excludes any warranty coverage for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
